    Attached is the current Travis County Order Re: Health Care District Financial Policies. My understanding is that staff is not recommending any changes to this Order at this time.

    In order to facilitate our deliberations for Tuesday's Central Health item, please use the Bulletin Board to share questions on or suggestions you have for Central Health with regard to deliverables under the Financial Order attached.

    TAX RATE: TRAVIS COUNTY ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE. THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 3.6 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $11.00.
