I hope everyone had a rejuvenating Labor Day weekend. We needed it after the physical and emotional impact of Hurricane Harvey. We continue to host evacuees and will work with our colleagues from the coast on the long-term recovery.

Attached is the draft CATAA-lyst. Highlights in September include:
• Finalize and approve of the FY18 Budget and Tax Rate
• Continued preparations for the November bond election
• Continued participation in the redistricting litigation
• The STAR Flight aircraft replacement plan
• County investment in transit outside the Capital Metro service area
• The Central Health FY 18 Budget and Tax Rate
• Development of the publically available Courts Dashboard for tracking the effectiveness and efficiency of our courts
• Recruitment of key personnel

• Chief Information Officer; and
• Operations Management County Executive
