Project Background
The 2017 Bond Election provided $5,832,000 for the design and construction of Phase 2 improvements at Arkansas Bend Park including overnight facilities and improvements and a group building. Due to escalation in construction costs, the Group Building was designed, but not constructed. Phase Two is scheduled to open to the public in Fall of 2023.

Phase 3 will complete the planned development of Arkansas Bend Park.
