External stakeholders include a variety of community organizations, as well as city and state government entities, which have an interest in how the County Central Campus is planned.

Public workshops began in March-April 2010 and were accompanied with an on-line survey to provide community input on concerns and priorities for the master plan. Additional community forums will be held in early October 2010 to review alternative planning scenarios, along with another on-line survey. A final community forum will be held to review the completed draft master plan prior to Commissioners Court final approval.

As always, the public is welcome to attend and participate in the Commissioners Court sessions which address this project. See the Commissioners Court Items page for links to past sessions. In order to get on our e-mailing list for e-zine updates about the master plan, subscribe to ezine click here and follow the directions.

Internal stakeholders include 33 offices and departments currently located downtown which provide important public services. More information about any of these county departments and offices is available through the Travis County website. Key involvement from the courts and general government offices and departments is provided through two separate sets of committees for each phase of the project
