Dianna Grey serves as Homeless Strategy Officer for the City of Austin, where she guides strategic policy and investment, leads collaboration with external partners, and supports coordination between over a dozen city departments involved in the response to homelessness.

Ms. Grey has over two decades of experience in the homeless response systema and affordable housing development. Prior to joining the City of Austin in January of 2021, she worked as an independent

consultant, and served as the Texas director for Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH), regional Program Director for Enterprise Community Loan Fund, and as the Executive Director of Neighborhood Housing Services of Austin. Dianna earned a Master of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Texas in Austin.

TAX RATE: TRAVIS COUNTY ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR’S TAX RATE. THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 12.7 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $34.51.
