The public comment period has been extended to 32 days. Comments will be accepted beginning June 19, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. and ending on July 22, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. or by participating in a public hearing on July 16, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. The Public Comment draft and summaries in English and español are now available for review.

ExpiredTAX RATE: TRAVIS COUNTY ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR’S TAX RATE. THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 12.7 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $34.51.
