Human Resources Management
The Human Resources Management Department:
- Advertises and recruits for vacant positions
- Administers the employee benefit programs such as medical and dental insurance
- Administers the county's classification and compensation system
- Provides clarification of personnel policy issues
- Resolves employee relations issues
- Conducts training for employees and managers
In addition, they work to ensure a safe work environment through internal claims administration and implementation of safety and loss control programs.
