E-Courtroom - Probate Court
E-Courtroom Available
On December 6, 2004 the E-Courtroom system was formally made available for use in the probate court. Formal E-Courtroom system procedures have been established by the adoption of a new standing order. The standing order addresses several items, including requirements specific to the trial of civil jury cases. Use of the E-Courtroom equipment requires each attorney or representative from each law firm to complete a user agreement.
