About Courts
The Travis County Court System is comprised of Civil Courts, Criminal Courts, Juvenile Courts, Probate Court, Drug Court, Veterans Court, DWI Court and the Justices of the Peace.
District Court records are maintained by the Travis County District Clerk; County-Courts-at-Law records are maintained by the Travis County Clerk. The District Clerk is also responsible for jury impaneling.
