Robert Stroup

Born and raised in Austin, Rob has been part of Colorado River Land Trust since its inception. He attended Texas State University after a four-year career serving his country in the United States Marine Corps. He became a licensed real estate agent, embarking on a successful career selling farm and ranch properties in south and central Texas, and worked as a hunting guide on ranches throughout the state.

As the conservation director, Rob works closely with private landowners helping them to fulfill their conservation goals for their property. Spending time outdoors and doing a job you genuinely love is the perfect fit for someone with Rob’s background.
