Dr. Wallace is the 1st Black Mayor of Manor, Texas, the 7th fastest growing suburb in America (2018) and top 20th best small cities to live in America (2019). He is President of Wallace Brothers & Associates, Co-Owner of The Transition, and Special Advisor for Environmental Justice & Advocacy to the Austin Area Urban League.
